1. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Guests may book directly through this website or via Airbnb.
• A valid ID is required for all guests during check-in, in accordance with government regulations.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In Time:     12:00 PM 
• Check-Out Time:     09:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges*.

  3. House Rules

• No smoking inside the property.
• No loud music or parties without prior permission.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and report any damages immediately.

4. Liability

• We are not responsible for any personal injuries, theft, or loss of belongings during your stay.
• Guests are advised to take reasonable care of their personal property.

• Your personal information (such as name, phone number,  and email) will be kept confidential and used only for communication and booking purposes.
• We do not share your information with third parties unless legally required.
